As the newest member to Creative Asset Partners, Inc., I bring a dynamic approach when working with clients that is invaluable. I attended Indiana Purdue University, and majored in Communication and Fine Arts where I was able to grasp an unconventional, yet insightful perspective that is very helpful to both Tenants and Landlords as well as Buyers and Sellers. My specialty includes helping both Tenants and Landlords through the sales and leasing process, specifically Restaurant Use space. Prior to joining Creative Asset Partners, I worked with a well-known and respected hospitality design construction firm, where I learned to navigate the restaurant business from business infancy to opening (including, but not limited to, permitting, licensing and construction costs). I deal primarily in off market spaces, making me a valuable asset, as I will find you the spaces that have yet to hit the market thus eliminating your competition. I conduct all my business with integrity and my clients' needs and interests always take precedence.
